Depending on the item and the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or a store credit. In any case, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

How to initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our team with your product image
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with the product
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method ( In most cases the same shipping company from where you receive the product)

Timeline for the Return

To ensure that we can promptly assist you with any issues related to damaged or defective products, we request that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. In order to process your return or refund, we ask that you provide us with images or videos of the product clearly showing the damage or defect.

Method of Return

We will issue a refund for the item once it has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If the item was a gift, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
